FOR MICROSOFT 365 ORGS

Native to Teams. SSO-ready out of the gate.

Your team's AI prompts don't belong in someone's OneDrive. CommonPlace plugs into Microsoft Teams as a bot + Tab App, authenticates through Entra ID, and respects every conditional-access policy you've already shipped.

FULL LIBRARY INSIDE TEAMS

Your AI surface is already shadow IT. Bring it inside Teams.

Most teams using ChatGPT today aren't going through your SSO. The same conditional access policies that lock down Word, Excel, and SharePoint don't apply. CommonPlace puts the prompt library inside the system you already audit.

TODAY
  • Your prompt library is a SharePoint folder no one updates
  • AI tools bypass your conditional-access policies entirely
  • IT has no audit trail for what prompts touched what data
  • New employees can't find approved prompts before they invent one
WITH COMMONPLACE
  • Library lives inside Teams as a Tab App and a @-mention bot
  • Authentication flows through Entra ID — your CAPs apply
  • Immutable audit log of every prompt run, with hash-chain verification
  • Starter pack + searchable library available on day one
BUILT FOR THE MICROSOFT STACK

Plugs into the security perimeter you already trust.

@

@CommonPlace bot, anywhere

@-mention the bot in any channel or chat. It opens the library inline, fills merge fields, and posts the result back in the conversation — never leaving Teams.

Library Tab App

Pin CommonPlace as a Tab in any Team. Browse, search, edit, and run prompts from inside Teams with the full web UI — no browser switch, no new identity.

🛡

Entra ID single sign-on

Authentication uses Microsoft's Bot Framework + Azure AD Bearer tokens. Users never type a password. Your conditional access policies apply automatically.

Compatible with Intune + CAPs

Device compliance, IP allow-lists, MFA enforcement — whatever conditional access requires for SharePoint, it requires for CommonPlace too. No exceptions to grant.

What it looks like in a Teams chat

An ops lead pulls up the QBR prep prompt, fills the customer name, picks Claude as the model, and the result appears in the chat.

EBR Agenda — Meridian Corp · Q3 review

1. Their world first (10 min). Open with the APAC expansion roadmap — they've been signalling this for two quarters and want validation it's on our radar.
2. Value delivered (15 min). Lead with the outage credit, not the feature ships — the renewal conversation hinges on trust restoration…

ENTRA ID AUTH · CONDITIONAL ACCESS APPLIED · IMMUTABLE AUDIT LOG WRITTEN

Security posture your CISO can sign off on.

Designed against the same checklist your other enterprise SaaS vendors face — and built for organisations that take audit seriously.

SAML SSO + SCIM

Provision and deprovision through your identity provider. Deprovisioned users lose access within 15 minutes per SCIM spec.

AES-256 secrets

LLM provider API keys are encrypted at rest. Never returned in API responses. Per-org key rotation supported.

Tamper-evident log

Every prompt run, every config change, every approval writes an audit row in a hash-chain that proves nothing was rewritten.

RBAC across roles

Owner / admin / library manager / team lead / member / executive — granular permissions for who sees, runs, edits, and approves.

PII guardrails

Optional output-side scrubbing of regex patterns (SSNs, credit cards, emails). Configurable per org or per prompt.

Sensitive prompts

Mark a prompt as sensitive; results return as ephemeral, only visible to the runner — never posted to a shared channel.

Microsoft Teams questions

CommonPlace installs as a Microsoft Teams app from AppSource (or via your tenant's app catalogue). Once installed, users get the @CommonPlace bot in every chat and channel, plus a Library Tab App they can pin to any Team. Authentication uses Microsoft's Bot Framework with Azure AD Bearer tokens — users never see a sign-in prompt; their existing Teams session is the credential.

Bring AI prompts inside your security perimeter.

Install from AppSource, authenticate through Entra ID, and your existing conditional access policies cover the new AI workflow. No carve-outs, no exceptions.
